Trash Collection 

You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services. Trash, Recycling and Yard waste is collected on Wednesdays. Please contact Manatee County Utilities - (941) 708-7450 for any questions regarding the service or missed pick up. 

Electricity

We provide electricity for amenities such as our clubhouse, pool and pickleball courts so that they’re always ready for our homeowners to enjoy.
